Design – First, every dream home begins with an intricate design. The preliminary design process is a collaborative effort, we can help eliminate the stress and uncertainty by scheduling meetings with our experienced architects. Our customers also have the opportunity to meet with our interior design specialist to assist you with selections for your home.

PHASE
Pre-Construction – We meet with our customers and finalize specifications, finalize a budget for your approval, and answer any questions that may be of concern. Keeping an open line of communication is crucial. Throughout the building process, we are transparent with the budget, as you have the ability to make different selections, and view the progress of the project.

PHASE
Construction – Our team at Corinthian Homes will work diligently to efficiently manage the construction process, provide weekly updates, and manage selections. Additionally, there is continuous communication with budget, and onsite weekly- bi-weekly milestone meetings.

PHASE
Final walk through – Our final walk through includes a comprehensive walk-through and orientation of your home. We focus and pride ourselves with customer relationships. We want to ensure your home is everything you envisioned and more.
